Although we have made every effort to ensure accuracy in the content of this website, we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage from action taken or reliance placed on information contained on this website.
All orders placed for goods on our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Any other Terms & Conditions expressed or implied by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under any applicable law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded.
We must receive payment for the total price of the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the goods ordered.
Items are either sent by courier or using our local delivery drivers, depending on your location and the items you have ordered. Delivery prices range from £6.50 to £8.50, but offshore or remote locations require a surcharge on top of this.
Our delivery carriers are usually willing to leave items in a safe place if you are out. Please use the Comments box when ordering to specify a location, but note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of being left unattended based on your instructions.
Unless you are otherwise informed by a member of staff, delivery will only take place on a weekday, and excluding national bank holidays. Estimated delivery times are calculated in working days (i.e. Monday to Friday and excluding holidays). In the case of a bank holiday, please allow an extra two working days for your order.
Following the receipt of your order, we aim to delivery your chosen items within 7 working days, assuming the goods are in stock and unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product's information page. You will be contacted by a member of staff if your order is going to take longer than this time.
Orders to be delivered to non-mainland or remote locations will take longer. Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 8 am and 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
While we do our utmost to ensure we meet the delivery times specified herein, occasionally this may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as industrial action, road traffic incidents, poor weather and handling errors.
Once your goods have been delivered to you then you will become the owner of them and are subsequently held at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for their loss or destruction once they are in your possession. If, when your shipment arrives, the box is damaged, please sign for it clearly stating 'received damaged'. You should then contact us and we can resolve it with our couriers.
When ordering installation online you should ensure your property is located within our delivery range shown here. This is an upfront cost and additional payment may be required once a site survey has been carried out or when additional information is provided by you regarding your lawn and garden. Installation means a single visit to your site, at which point a quotation will be provided for any additional costs before the full installation is carried out on the same day. Installation requires a garden meets the minimum needs of robot mowers: primarily having a 13A outdoor, weatherproof socket within 10 metres of where the base/docking station will be positioned.
The products on this website are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, with the period this applies to varying by product. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and some are conditional on the product being serviced by an approved dealer at the intervals recommended.
The warranty will cover faults, which may occur due to faulty components or workmanship, but will exclude consumable items, fair wear and tear or defects caused by misuse.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or in writing at our contact address within 14 days. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery;
To repair or replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or if repair to or replacement of the goods is not possible, or the cost of repair or replacement is disproportionate in the circumstances, to give you a partial or full refund for the goods in question, depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.

The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Robot Mowers Direct Website. Prices in our stores may vary to those shown on the website. Special offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T where appropriate. For VAT exclusive pricing for deliveries to the Channel Islands, please contact us before ordering. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.
Cancellation of Contract
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth day from the date you receive the ordered goods, which must be in writing or by e-mail.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then, you must send the goods back unused and in their original packaging or in a suitable box/packaging to the address specified by us, at your own cost and risk and within fourteen days from the point at which you notify us of the cancellation. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at the address specified by us, at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum deducted by us for the products from your payment card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible provided that the goods in question are returned by you in the condition they were in when delivered to you. We regret that delivery charges where applicable are non-refundable. If you do not return the goods or pay the cost of return delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Where goods are not faulty but the customer wishes to return them, the goods can only be returned to the company if fully re-saleable, being unopened with any original manufacturers seals or shrink wrap in place, within fourteen days. Such returns may incur a restocking charge, which we will notify you of when you advise us of the return.
You will be under a duty to take reasonable care to see that returned goods are well packaged, so to avoid damage in transit. An appropriate method of return should be used. All goods are returned at your own cost. When returning any petrol powered product all oil and petrol MUST be drained from the engine before you release the goods to a carrier. This is for the safety of the carrier firm.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- The product is no longer available due to manufacturers non-supply
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment.
