Delivery Information

All Robot Mowers are delivered free of charge*

Other orders that total over £150 will also be delivered free of charge. Orders placed will be delivered the next working day, subject to stock and assuming you place the order before 1PM on a working day. If you have selected an installation package with your mower, this will require us to contact you first to arrange a time for a site visit, so naturally is excluded from this timeframe. Orders under £150 will be subject to a delivery charge, ranging from £6.50 - 8.50 (or higher to Highlands, Islands and remote postcodes).

*Free delivery only applies to the UK mainland and excludes Scottish Highlands and some remote postcodes, which may incur an additional charge. These areas may also incur a slight delay to your delivery). Delivery speed is subject to stock levels. If your delivery is urgent, please contact us first before ordering.

DPD Predict Service & 1 Hour Time Slot

We are pleased to be able to work with DPD to delivery the vast majority of items on this website. Very occasionally, such as with particularly large orders (multiple machines) or heavy, bulky items (over 30 kg or 1 metre in length), then we may have to use an alternative courier to get your order to you. 

A benefit of the DPD service is that they provide you (by email and/or text message) with a 1 hour window for your delivery on the morning of your shipment. You are also able to change your delivery day (including to a Saturday or Sunday) or specify morning or afternoon delivery for an additional fee (this fee is collected by DPD themselves). 

You can also easily track your DPD delivery, see what position you are on the driver's route to make sure you are at home, and specify a safe place for your machine to be left (at your own risk). For more information on this service, click here to view the DPD website.

Please Note: As mentioned above, not all items can be sent using this service and it applies to single, stocked items only and excludes certain postcodes. If you have any problems with us using an alternative courier if necessary, please contact us and we can confirm the company we will be using for your order in advance.

Installation

Our installation service is generally restricted to a rough range around our Worcester branch. For a guide to this, please see this page, or contact us for a specific quote if you would like installation outside this area. If you choose for us to install your machine for you, it will be delivered when our qualified installer comes to your property, alongside any other equipment or items you have ordered or require. They will have an in depth discussion with you before the installation to ensure everything meets your needs and to try to make you aware of any additional costs that may be incurred. There is currently a flat charge of £500 for installation when ordering online, but this may increase once our installer has seen your site or been briefed on the job - of course all this will be quoted for you before any work goes ahead.

Items Damaged During Transit

When your delivery arrives please inspect the package and mark it as damage when signing if you are not happy with the condition of the product. If you accept the delivery as being in a good condition then we will not be able to claim compensation on your behalf with the courier for any damage incurred during transit.

Leaving Items in a Safe Place

If you request we inform the courier to leave your delivery in a safe place (for example by using the Comments box when ordering), or ask them to do this directly, then we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of them being left unattended based on your instructions.
